The Delaware Office of Vital Statistics and Health Statistics Center's Office is the central office for the state of Delaware and it issues certified copies of Kent birth certificates, Kent death certificates and Kent marriage records for events that occurred in Kent. You may order copies of Delaware vital records through this office or, in some cases, the office of the county clerk where the deed happened.
