The Massachusetts Registry of Vital Records and Statistics's Office is the central office for the state of Massachusetts and it issues certified copies of Suffolk birth certificates, Suffolk death certificates and Suffolk marriage records for events that occurred in Suffolk. You may order copies of Massachusetts vital records through this office or, in some cases, the office of the county clerk where the deed happened.
