The Minnesota Office of Vital Records's Office is the central office for the state of Minnesota and it issues certified copies of Ramsey birth certificates, Ramsey death certificates and Ramsey marriage records for events that occurred in Ramsey . You may order copies of Minnesota vital records through this office or, in some cases, the office of the county clerk where the deed happened.

The Minnesota Department of Health in Saint Paul has birth records since 1900 and death records since 1908. The office does not hold marriage or divorce certificates.
