The Missouri Bureau of Vital Records's Office is the central office for the state of Missouri and it issues certified copies of Cole birth certificates, Cole death certificates and Cole marriage records for events that occurred in Cole. You may order copies of Missouri vital records through this office or, in some cases, the office of the county clerk where the deed happened.

The Missouri Department of Health and Senior Services maintains vital records at the Bureau of Vital Records in Jefferson City. The office stores birth and death certificates dating back to January 1910, and marriage and divorce records from July 1948 onwards.
