State Office

The Tennessee Office of Vital Records's Office is the central office for the state of Tennessee and it issues certified copies of Tennessee birth certificates, Tennessee death certificates and Tennessee marriage records for events that occurred in Tennessee. You may order copies of Tennessee vital records through this office or, in some cases, the office of the county clerk where the deed happened.
